The information presented in this report shows the interaction of Saudi Arabia and Ukraine in terms of economic and social factors.

In December 2025, Saudi Arabia exported 14.2 million to Ukraine, representing 0.007% of Saudi Arabia's total exports during that month.

The main products exported by Saudi Arabia to Ukraine in December 2025 were plastics and articles thereof and meat and edible meat offal.

Regarding non-oil exports, these amounted to 2.8 million, with plastics, rubber and their articles being the main product exported to Ukraine.

In December 2025, Saudi Arabia imported 88.4 million from Ukraine, representing 0.1% of Saudi Arabia's total imports during that month.

The main products imported by Saudi Arabia from Ukraine in December 2025 were animal or vegetable fats, oils and waxes and preparations of cereals, flour, starch or milk.

Ukraine achieved positive growth in the foreign direct investment (FDI) stock at the end of 2024 with Saudi Arabia, which amounted to 408.5 million, compared to the FDI stock of 2023, which was 38.3 million.

Non-oil exports from Saudi Arabia to Ukraine in March 2026 reached a total of 2.8 million. The main non-oil exports were plastics, rubber and their articles ( 2.6 million) and products of the chemical industries ( 115.8 thousand).

Saudi Arabia's imports from Ukraine in 2025 reached a total of 1.5 billion. The main section wise imports in terms of commercial value were animal or vegetable fats, oils and waxes ( 532.4 million), meat and edible meat offal ( 409.6 million), and cereals ( 177.6 million).

In 2024, the value of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Inflow was 590.3 million while the FDI Outflow reached a value of 220.1 million. These amounts resulted in an FDI Net Inflow of 370.2 million, higher by 1,393.9% than the previous year.

Note:

FDI inflows: Financial transactions that arise between the FDI institution, direct investors and related companies outside the Saudi economy, which occur during a certain period of time, and form inflows when their positive impact appears in excess of equity and/or debt instruments.

FDI outflows: These are financial transactions that arise between the Foreign Direct Investment Corporation, direct investors, and related companies outside the Saudi economy, and which occur during a certain period of time. They are outflows when their impact appears in a decrease in the side of obligations, such as paid dividends or repayment of loans and credit receivables, or when the foreign shareholder exits.

FDI net inflow: It represents the difference between inflows and outflows of foreign direct investment inflows.
